Here for your fabrication needs

From our manufacturing experience with building our Sunburst line of water treatment chambers, we have the capability to assist you in your light fabrication needs. Within our inventory of ever-growing tools, we have the capability to turn raw steel into your final product. Besides design and CAD help, our services include:

• custom CNC cutting of various flat materials up to 5' by 10' with plasma and waterjet machinery. Laser cutting is scheduled for late 2023

• custom CNC cutting of various round materials up to 14" in diameter with rotary plasma technology (max of 8' length)

• CNC bending of round tubing up to 8' long, 1.5" and 1.75" standard OD

• custom hydraulic sheet metal shearing services up to 1/4" thick and 59" wide

• custom CNC sheet metal bending on two brakes: 40 ton/58" and 125 ton 96". Capacity per machine vary with material thicknesses and types

• custom machine threading services with 2 programmable threading machines, with capacity up to 2"

• black laser etching/labeling on flat or round materials. Color etching for stainless arriving mid 2023

• hole punching/slotting on hydraulic workcenter up to 1/2" thick

• metal/aluminum/stainless cutting on round, angle, or square stock up to 4"x4" on a hydraulic chop saw

• custom roller sanding on an automated, water cooled sanding machine up to 36" wide

• Mig, tig, and stick welders from Lincoln and Miller. Laser welding to arrive mid 2023

• Lathe and mill services with CNC lathe and mill services to arrive late 2023
