Ultravoilet (UV) Water Treatment
Water Disinfectant Technology
YOUR OPTIONS ARE NOT JUST CHEMICALS!
We are proud to introduce — the first of its kind — a small-footprint, affordable, water treatment product using ultraviolet (UV) light!
INTRODUCING THE SUNBURST
The Sunburst
A chemical-free solution? YES!
After endless study, engineering, design, prototyping, much investment, and U of A trials, The Sunburst is now made available to the agriculture industry!
The Sunburst 12-40 for field irrigation is housed in a 71 inch long, 12 inch diameter steel chamber that connects to your irrigation mainline, powered by your readily available AC generator. We have designed a system that can treat your irrigation waters WITHOUT CHEMICALS. This system has proven to be another option that is not only effective, but deployable next to your common booster-pump setup. Similarly, we have designed two other Sunburst units, the Sunburst 6-100 and Sunburst 8-300 for smaller flow operations such as a fertilizer mix trailer or water truck.
These systems are available now and production units are being manufactured right here in the heart of Leafy Green production Yuma, Arizona. If you have a need for larger or smaller systems, we are able to design and build a system to meet your intended goals.

FARMING IS NO LONGER EASY!
The days of getting up in the morning, laying out one’s plan, and working faithfully to plant a crop and harvest it in the future is no longer so easy! The era of simple, honest, and hard work has been complicated by many tasks. Added to that hard work is frequent employee training, endless record keeping, diligent animal mitigation, regular collections of water, and documentation for everything from rodents to restroom use! From the single discipline of farming, the grower of edible foodstuffs now faces challenges of regulations that make his job more complicated and more time consuming than ever before. But 210 AG is here to help. We have three simple words that guide all we do:
SAFETY – EFFICIENCY – ALWAYS.
THE NEW LGMA METRICS…
At 210 AG, we know that farming and growing safe vegetables are your end goal. We support you in that endeavor and want to make water treatment something you don’t worry about. We also recognize that the LGMA requirements have not made your growing job easier but have made it even more difficult. We are responding to this very actively! Know that for whatever water treatment topology you choose, and regardless of what metric demands are imposed, we will make sure your treatments are carried out efficiently and properly under the metrics. Please let us know if you have questions. We’re happy to meet and even give you helpful insight if required!
WATER TREATMENT AND WATER SERVICES
One of the rich benefits of living in the desert southwest is the vast expanse of fertile growing areas. When taking a trip by automobile, one can often see green farm fields on both sides of the highway for countess miles. Take that same view from an airplane and you begin to get an idea of the enormous scale of vegetable farming that takes place year after year after year. And weaving throughout all those fields are the veins that supply them with life. Our job is help that water arrive safely and without contaminants.
WATER IS CRUCIAL
No viable farming is possible without one thing: the water to irrigate those crops through those systems we call canals! As water is a necessary component to human life, it obviously has the same weight of import to the leafy greens that supply our food. From the large main canals to the smaller lateral canals and every conveyance in between supply and takeout, that water is so important. But is it always safe?
SAFETY & CLEANLINESS
210 AG recognizes that while Arizona canal water is of very good quality, many growers must still deploy water treatment strategies to breed confidence for the shipper and consumer alike. Through the legal use of food grade, USDA and EPA approved disinfection methods such as Peracetic Acid (PAA) Chlorine Dioxide (Cl02), or even UltraViolet options, 210 AG is able to help you reduce the counts of e Coli and total coliform units and to achieve visible, measurable results!
DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS
Cloud-based
applications
Almost everybody has a smart phone or tablet and we take advantage of this. 210 AG is a custom provider of services to make your documentation needs easier, accessible, and less stressful for field personnel, supervisors, and management. We do this by creating easy, simple, cloud based applications that meet YOUR specific needs.
CHANGING TIMES
While farming is certainly no easy endeavor, the demands for real data, fast access, and simple distribution are real. Before the advent of current technologies, all the field practice forms such as irrigation records, rodent logs, planting schedules, tractor work, and chemical inventories were accomplished on paper. Management people knew what needed to be done, field people were aware of what had to make its way into the ground and back to the office, and delays were inevitable. Add to the delays errors in reporting, old figures, wrong data, or lost forms altogether and an administrative mess is now present. And this says nothing of the produce season and its incessant scheduling demands and pace and the changes that simply come with the territory.
With the help of 210 AG, your documentation needs will not change but they will get easier. We know the difficulty in getting info from the office to the field. We know the stress of office people waiting on information from field personnel. We are cognizant of the challenges that face leafy green farmers for compliance with regulatory agencies. We're aware of the losses that come from poor record keeping. And all this says nothing of the stress that comes from unexpected audits or inspections that demand current, up-to-date information that is not immediately accessible!
Through our documentation development process, we design custom applications for the small or large farmer alike. By analyzing your current data you desire to distribute and collect, and through knowledge of the requirements from governing agencies, 210 AG creates simple to use apps to replace paper systems. These apps are not only easy to operate and to distribute to employees and personnel, but are robust in their feature sets. Your employees who have smart phones, tablets or laptops can access your apps with ease. Office personnel can access the data in the same manner with the same devices, or through their desktop PC.
step 1: ANALYZE
After meeting with you in person at your farm to discuss your documentation needs, we will determine exactly which features are necessary to make this app fit your system. It is important to us to establish a structure that integrates each necessary factor.
step 2: DESIGN
While creating your app we carefully consider the user experience so that you may quickly access key features within your documentation system. It is our goal to make maintaining your data, logs, and maintenance schedules as streamlined as possible.
step 3: REFINE
Every documentation app development goes through an extensive quality testing process ensuring smooth and simple documentation. This task allows us to weed out any bugs or issues before we deliver the final product to you.
step 4: DEPLOY
Finally, we will integrate your new app into any of your already existing systems and train you in on how to use it like a pro. And of course, we will always be here to answer any questions in the future.
INTEGRATION AND SECURITY
With more and more cell phone coverage that provides data access, our apps for your farm can be utilized with ease. These apps are YOUR applications and the data is yours! You have access to it anytime you have a data connection via Wi-Fi or any other protocol. And what about security? Want to control the access to certain people? Easy. Need to limit what sections on your forms can be manipulated by certain personnel? We can do that. Want to send customized reports of your data in PDF, Excel, CSV, or other formats to necessary receivers? All this and more is possible.
APPS FOR ANY FORM
Some sample apps that can be created for your farm include planting schedules, irrigation logs, pre-season forms, sanitary surveys, field and canal check forms, pre-harvest forms, daily equipment servicing, fertilizer application logs, tractor work logs, seed planting forms, and trucking dispatch applications. And want to add other functionality such as integrating bi-directional, real-time access/updating to an Excel spreadsheet in the office? No problem. And would you like to coordinate fertilizer applications and 1080's in real time from CDMS or Ag Verdict so you are not triple and quadruple entering data and doing so days beyond the actual application? We can do that too through API or direct ingestion of reports from your PCA's.
